One night in Chicago, Lea “Mama Bear” Michele managed to convince the two biffles to get matching tattoos with her. So now they’re all attached to each other for life.
BONNIE: Did some of you get tattoos?
KEVIN: Well, uh… (clears throat) We were…
LEA: Kevin just told his mom so we’re allowed to talk about it.
KEVIN: Yes!
LEA: I convinced him to get a matching tattoo with me so he’s stuck with me now for the rest of his life! *laughs*
KEVIN: And Jenna!
LEA: And Jenna, too. We were in Chicago, we were all out to dinner. I tried to get everybody to do it, but I only seemed to convinced Kevin and Jenna.
KEVIN: I was mentally preparing for it, like I wanted to get a tattoo and so like, “Okay, we’re out here. Let’s kind of do this.” (The tattoo) is “Imagine.”
LEA: And it’s so funny ‘cause Chris came with us. I was like, “Chris, you don’t have to get a tattoo but just come with us,” and the best was watching Kevin get his tattoo and Chris is calmly talking him through it.
KEVIN: When the guy starts the “I,” as soon as the guy starts, Chris is like, “So… what are your parents going think of this?” and I was like, “Ahh!” So thank you for comforting me, that was so nice of you.
